Anitya Chand is a NGAI Certified 'A' Teaching Professional & is the Joint Director of National Golf Academy of India and is also the Head Professional at the DLF Golf Academy. He is also a Teaching Staff member of the National Golf Academy of India as well as the Editor of the monthly newsletter of the NGAI. A former player, he has been a former India No. 1 Amateur golfer and has represented Indian in a host of International Tournament including The Asian Games and the Nomura Cup. He has also been a multiple winner of National Tournament, including the North India Amateur. As a teacher, Anitya has been trained at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Singapore as well as the DLGA Headquarters in Orlando, Florida. He is a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor as well as trained on the K VEST 3D Motion Capture System. Anitya is a certified rules referee by the R & A Rules School and is the Tournament Director for the BMW Golf Cup International, Volvo World Golf Series, The Lufthansa Junior Golf Tour amongst a host of other golf tournaments. Along with his partner, Karan Bindra, he runs K&A Golf Pvt Ltd. that manages golf events, runs the Lufthansa Junior Golf Tour and manages junior golf programs across the country, Currently, he is based at the DLF Golf Academy, where he teaches golfers of all ages and abilities, including professionals, amateurs and some of the top ranked juniors in the country.
